• Required: The business must make in-person contact with customers during its stated hours, subject to Google’s listed exceptions.
• Required: Only an owner or authorized representative may manage the profile.
• Required: Online-only businesses and lead-generation companies are ineligible.

How to submit

1. Check eligibility and search for an existing business profile.
2. Create or claim the profile with the business owner’s authorization.
3. Complete the requested verification and add accurate business details.

Worth knowing

An online-only SaaS or tool site does not qualify. Use a profile only for an eligible business and keep the website, phone and business details accurate.
