You need:

- A Kaggle account and a real dataset
- Dataset title, URL slug and data files
- Appropriate license and public visibility for shared data

## How to submit

1. Open Datasets and choose New Dataset.
2. Upload the files and enter the title and URL slug.
3. Set the license and switch visibility from Private to Public.

## Worth knowing

- Datasets start private. Choose Public in Sharing, add the correct license and explain the data clearly. A notebook showing how to use the dataset is more useful than a page created only to carry a link.
